For this reason, everyone who operates a chain saw should wear all recommended Personal Protective Equipment. Furthermore, OSHA Regulation 1910.266 requires all employees using a chain saw to be wearing all of the following items of Personal Protective Equipment:

Face Protection
Eye Protection
Chain Saw Protective Leg Device
Chain Saw Protective Boots
